Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center

This is probably our number 1 recommenced spot to come. We go at least a couple of times a month and love taking visitors and new friends here especially during the spring when the wildflowers are gorgeous and in full bloom!

There's also a mama owl that nests here every spring and you can see her owlets in their nest for a couple of weeks before they grow big enough to fly off.

Our favorite things to do here:

1. Bring a picnic lunch and eat it in the gorgeous courtyard. It's so magical here.

2. Go to the children's garden and play in the waterfall.

3. Swing on the giant tree swings which makes you feel like you're flying and gliding.
